These are the release notes for Sendent v3.2.4. Some features are only available in specific Sendent plans. A feature is always available if you have an upgrade of that specific plan. The Basic features for example, are always available in Professional and Premium.

Bugfixes

• In the scenario where debugging is enabled, and you would try to send an appointment (e.g. Talk invite) to someone, the action was blocked, and you were unable to send the appointment.
• Issues occured involving 'special characters' and inserting the HTML snippets in emails or appointments. The characters would transform into Chinese characters. This has been solved with backwards compatibility if HTML entity name, hex or decimal values were used in order to temporary circumvent the issue.
• Impacts only Outlook 2013 or lower: As of Sendent v3.2.2 we account better handling of mail and appointment body formats (HTML, rtf, plain-text). This caused an issue for Outlook 2013 and lower users so that appointments could not be send anymore. This is because Outlook 2013 and lower does not expose the functionality to handle appointment body formats. This has been resolved.
