This article targets users of the free Outlook.com email service platform (also known as live.com or hotmail.com). In case you want to use the Sendent for Outlook integration, you have to sideload the application within your mailbox.
In order to do that, make sure you're logged in with your outlook.com account in the browser. From there on, click the link below. This will open a new window that shows you the ability to manage installed plugins and sideload the Outlook integration.

The window your presented with contains a pop-up that shows you possible Outlook integration to install, it looks like the image shown below.

From there on if you click 'my add-ins', you will see the option to load in custom add-ins.

The file you have to upload is your customized manifest file, this can be found by navigating to your hosted Sendent for Outlook instance, for example: https://outlook.sendent.com/manifest.xml.
Next if you have your manifest file opened, save it as 'manifest.xml' on your local-drive (shortcut ctrl + s). In your Outlook.com tab, where you have the above custom addins dialog available, add your manifest.xml in the 'Add from file...' option.
You will be prompted with a warning if you're sure to install a custom add-in.

Click on 'Install' to install Sendent for Outlook into your outlook.com account.
If the installation was succesfull the dialog will show you that Sendent for Outlook is installed.

In order for the add-in to fully load properly, we recommend a page reload.
If you want to uninstall Sendent for Outlook
- If you're logged in with your account in the browser, navigate to: https://outlook.live.com/mail/owa/?path=/options/manageapps
- Click "My add-ins"
- Click on the dots ("...") you see at Sendent for Outlook
- Click on "Remove".
- We recommend a page reload.
