This article explains the available settings for the Nextcloud Exchange Connector integration within Nextcloud itself. These settings mainly impact on how the user perceives the consent flow and to communicate between Nextcloud and the Synchronization Service itself.


1.1. Settings explained

Note: As a bare minimum, the Shared secret has to be set and match with the given shared secret in given configuration here.

The Modal Dialog, gives an overlay in the Nextcloud Calendar, Contacts and Tasks app when opened.
The Standard notification, the user is prompted with a Nextcloud Notification.
Last option is the combination of both.

Notifications interval in days1This goes with the standard notification settings. In case the Nextcloud user has not setup the synchronization service, it will be reminded every X days.
