Note: These instructions only apply to users with a paid subscription.

 

Prerequisites

  • Install the Sendent Sync app

            To configure your license, you first must install the latest version of the Sendent Sync app. See
            Installing the Sendent Sync App for more instructions.

First time configuration

  1. Log in to Nextcloud using an administrator account. Proceed to Nextcloud settings.
  2. Access the "Sendent Sync" settings page, and on the ”Group Settings” tab, locate the “License information section”.

        3. Check the email inbox associated with the subscription for an email containing the license key.

            Copy the license key and email address and paste it into the appropriate text fields in the Sendent
            settings page.

        4. Select Activate license.

        5. After a few moments, you should now see your license status and expiration date on the Sendent
            settings page. 

Update license key

If your subscription is renewed, or you switch to a different plan, a new license key will be generated. 

To update your new license key, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Nextcloud settings using an administrator account.
  2. Open the “Sendent” settings page, go to the “Group settings” tab, and scroll down to the “License information” section.
  3. Replace your old license key and your, if different than before, license email address with the new ones sent via email.
  4. Click "Activate" to complete the process.
