Administrators have the option to include the Share password in the email body or to send it in a separately. Some users may find it undesirable to send both the password and the original Share link in the same email, which is why we wanted to give administrators flexibility in their password communication policy.

Once the share has been created and inserted into the email, the separate email containing the password will be automatically opened. This feature can be activated by following the steps below.

If the password communication mode is set to "send in separate email," it is important to note that the snippet for Share files and Public share will not automatically exclude the password. To exclude the password, the specific snippet would need to be adjusted accordingly.
