Using this feature
To add another safety layer, it’s possible through the Password communication mode to secure your share with a password but to send it not in the same email as the link. With the option ‘send in separate email’ there will be a second email generated that only includes the password.
This setting doesn’t automatically exclude the password from the original email with the link, but it can be deleted in the according email template (snippet).
