Settings give users the possibility to adjust their personal settings. These settings can optionally be made available for users but will always be overruled by the Server settings.

Changing settings
The administrator can decide if users have access to the Settings option in the add-in. If you have sufficient rights, you can go to the Settings button in your email dialog ribbon.
All the settings that can be adjusted in the add-in can also be set in the server settings. The server settings overrule the settings in the add-in.
It is possible that certain settings aren’t visible or adjustable for you because of specific settings in the server app.
There are several settings that can be set from this dialog. The table below describes all these settings.
