Using this feature

This feature has to be activated in the add-in or server settings. Once the settings are set, you can see that the Secure Mail is made accessible once you see a new ribbon in your email as showed below.

When the switch is turned off (like above) the Secure Mail functionality will not be triggered when you click “Send”. This means you can send the email without uploading the email body but optionally still just the attachments.

When the switch is turned on (like below) the Secure Mail is activated, and the functionality will be triggered when you click “Send”. This means the upload dialog will start automatically to upload your email body (including possible attachments). After the upload your email will be directly send.

When Secure Mail is enforced the functionality will be triggered when you click “Send”. This means the upload dialog will start automatically to upload your email body (including possible attachments) and when this is done the email will be directly sent.

If the Secure Mail is enforced in the settings, all emails will always automatically be sent with the Secure Mail functionality.
